Time Warner was blocking access to Bad Cop News in the southwest region after posts of Oceanside police cover up of San Diego police officer Franklin White's road rage shooting of mother and her 8 year old child. It effected all sites on the server. It was quickly "fixed" when TW was contacted by AP, with TW blaming Level 3 for blockage.
